Community
Rosemount Development Trust offer an important range of community services from the Millburn Centre. These services are provided by organisations such as North Glasgow Food Initiative, Social Work Elderly Care Services, St Rock's Childcare Services, Lifelink Project, Royston Stress Centre, Young Person's Befriending Scheme and Rosemount Lifelong Learning.
For example, Rosemount Lifelong Learning offer childcare and after-school care places to students and working families, and training courses for mothers in Computing, Community Health and Care, European Computer Driving Licence and English for Speakers of Other Languages. They have a careers guidance service for people in low paid jobs, and an outreach guidance service for parents using nurseries in other parts of North Glasgow. Family Literacy workers also provide service for parents at the Flexi Centre and in nurseries in North Glasgow.

Make a Difference to Your Community
We are actively seeking new members for Rosemount Development Trust, which is open to residents of Royston and neighbouring areas. As members you would then become eligible to be nominated to the Board of Directors of either Rosemount Development Trust Ltd and/or Rosemount Workspace Ltd.
As a voluntary member of the Board you would participate in the continuing success of the organisation to create job and training opportunities in your local community.
